There are a few things that will always scream SUMMER: backyard pool parties, fresh fruit and a cold sangria. Wicked Wines wants to make sure you’re ready to throw the best backyard banger in the neighborhood. In addition to your dogs and burgers, try our WICKED refreshing twist on a summer sangria. With this one, you’ll definitely knock the swim trunks off of  your friends. You can’t get anything better than this is a crowd pleasing recipe that’s under $15!

Wicked Watermelon & Cucumber Sangria

Ingredients: 

1 Bottle of Wicked Pinot Grigio

1/2 Bottle of Trader Joes Watermelon Cucumber Juice

4 Shots White Rum

1 Can of Polar Lime Seltzer

1.5 Cups of diced watermelon

1 Cup of cucumber bits

 Directions:

  1. Pour one 750mL bottle of Wicked Pinot Grigio into container of your choice
  2. Add watermelon cucumber juice and 4 shots of white rum
  3. Top it off with one can of Polar Lime Seltzer
  4. Add watermelon and cucumber bits
  5. Stir to combine, then taste and adjust flavor as needed
  6. Add ice and stir once more to chill
  7. Refrigerate until guests arrive and serve with a fresh lime garnish!
